1. Promoter Details

EV Infinity Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, is the promoter of this campaign.

2. Eligibility

To participate in EVster, you must:

  • Be a UK resident aged 18 or over
  • Have completed your EV Infinity account setup, including:
    • Connected your electric vehicle
    • Provided all required personal details
    • Set up your payment information

Note: Employees of EV Infinity Ltd, our partner companies, and their immediate families cannot participate in this promotion.

3. Campaign Timeline

  • Start: 00:00 BST on 18th April 2025
  • End: 23:59 BST on 21st April 2025

Any charging sessions outside this timeframe won't qualify for entry tickets.

4. How to Enter

Earning tickets is simple:

  1. Download the EV Infinity app if you haven't already
  2. Complete your profile setup (vehicle connection and personal details)
  3. Use Infinity Pay to charge at any participating location
  4. Spend a minimum of £20 on a single charging session to earn one entry ticket

The more you charge, the more chances you have to win! There's no limit to how many tickets you can earn during the campaign period.

5. Prizes

Lucky winners will receive £50 charging credit to your EV Infinity account.

Prizes cannot be transferred to another person and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

We'll use an independent third party to randomly select our winners. If you're a lucky winner, we'll notify you via the email address registered to your EV Infinity account by 30th April 2025.

7. Your Data

By participating in EVster, you agree that your personal information will be processed in accordance with EV Infinity's Privacy Policy, solely for managing this promotion. All data handling complies with current UK data protection laws. Your information won't be used for marketing without your prior consent.

8. Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise
  • All decisions regarding the campaign are final
  • By participating, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions
